By accessing or using DraftAura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

DraftAura provides tools to create marriage biodata documents from templates. Features and pricing may change; material changes to paid plans will be communicated reasonably in advance where practical.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you register.

Your content

You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service (previews, PDFs, storage). You must have the right to use any photos or personal data you include.

Payments

Paid templates and plans are billed as described at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, infringe others’ rights, or upload unlawful content.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We strive for availability and accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DraftAura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim related to a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
