DraftAura (“we”, “us”) operates draftaura.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

Account details such as name and email when you sign up or sign in (including via Google or email OTP).
Document content you enter (biodata fields and photos) to generate previews and PDFs.
Payment and order records processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
Basic technical data such as browser type, device, and approximate location.
Product usage analytics via Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics / GA4) — page views, feature usage, and purchase funnel events. We do not send biodata field values, photos, or your email address as analytics event parameters.
Session replay via LogRocket to diagnose product issues. Replays may include what you type in forms, preview images, and related network activity so we can debug failed flows. We identify sessions by account id, name, and email so we can tie replays to your account when you contact support.
Session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity to understand how the product is used and where people get stuck. Clarity masks sensitive form fields by default. When you are signed in, we may associate recordings with your account id.

How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the DraftAura product.
To process payments and deliver purchased downloads.
To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts, support).
To understand product usage so we can improve templates, checkout, and reliability.
To investigate bugs and failed flows using session replays.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, authentication, email, payments, storage, analytics, and session replay providers such as Google Analytics / Firebase, Microsoft Clarity, and LogRocket), under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We retain account and document data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Your choices

You can update profile details in Settings, request access or deletion via support@draftaura.com, and stop using the service at any time.
