Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with DraftAura. This policy explains when refunds are available.

Digital downloads

Once a paid template PDF has been successfully generated and downloaded, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital product has been delivered.

When we may refund

• Technical failure on our side that prevented download after a successful payment.
• Duplicate accidental charges for the same order.
• Other cases we determine in good faith after reviewing your request.

How to request a refund

Email support@draftaura.com within 7 days of purchase with the email used at checkout and your order or payment reference. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider (often 5–10 business days).
